Andrew L. Jiranek


Mr. Jiranek is a founder and managing partner of our firm. His practice focuses on finance, corporate and real estate matters. He serves and has served as general counsel for a number of regional, national and international public and privately-held business organizations and developers.

He has written numerous published articles and papers on corporate, commercial and real estate topics and lectured extensively for public and private business development groups in the Baltimore area. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Jiranek worked as General Counsel with a public high-technology company, an associate in the corporate and finance departments of several large and mid sized law firms in Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, an Honors Program attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Truman Hobbs in Montgomery, Alabama.

Mr. Jiranek graduated from William and Mary Law School with a J.D. in 1987, where he was an Editor of the Law Review, and from Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics in 1984. Mr. Jiranek is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia Bar Associations where he is active with several business and finance committees.

Jeffrey P. Rogyom


Mr. Rogyom practices as a tax, business and estate planning attorney. He advises clients on legal and tax issues relating to commercial transactions, start-ups, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, business successions, non-profits and real estate. Mr. Rogyom practices both federal and state tax law. He assists individuals and businesses with tax audit defense and tax planning in the areas of income, corporate, partnership, franchise, sales and use, property and estate taxes. When consulting with clients, Mr.  Rogyom’s background allows him to consider their personal, business and tax needs

Jeff was born in New Orleans and practiced as an accountant before attending law school. He was then admitted as an attorney to the Louisiana State Bar. Following his move to Baltimore, he was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

Mr. Rogyom received his L.L.M. in tax law from Boston University School of Law and his JD from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. He completed a Masters of Business Administration at University of New Orleans  and has a degree in finance from Louisiana State University. Mr. Rogyom is a member of the tax sections of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Mr. Rogyom serves on the Board of Directors for the Towson Chamber of Commerce and has served on its Towsontown Springfest Committee for many years. In addition, Jeff is a past president, chairman of the board, and legal counsel for the Maryland Junior Chamber (the“Jaycees”) and the Towson Junior Chamber.
