Firm Establishes Implied Easement Across Driveway To The Public Road

Latane Mason and Andrew Jiranek sucessfully represented a party in establishing that party’s right to use an existing driveway to access the public roadway. The right was determined to exist by implied easement and easement by necessity. The legal determination was made by the Baltimore County Circuit Court after a full trial involving expert and witness testimony and extensive briefing. The rulings in the case were a result of our advocacy and the facts and circumstances of that particular case. All cases are different, but we are glad this one turned out well for our clients.
