Andrew L. Jiranek


Mr. Jiranek is a founder and managing partner of our firm. His practice focuses on finance, corporate and real estate matters. He serves and has served as general counsel for a number of regional, national and international public and privately-held business organizations and developers.

He has written numerous published articles and papers on corporate, commercial and real estate topics and lectured extensively for public and private business development groups in the Baltimore area. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Jiranek worked as General Counsel with a public high-technology company, an associate in the corporate and finance departments of several large and mid sized law firms in Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, an Honors Program attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Truman Hobbs in Montgomery, Alabama.

Mr. Jiranek graduated from William and Mary Law School with a J.D. in 1987, where he was an Editor of the Law Review, and from Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics in 1984. Mr. Jiranek is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia Bar Associations where he is active with several business and finance committees.

Latane J. Mason


Mr. Mason is a principal in our firm whose practice concentrates on representing businesses and individuals in dispute resolution matters. He regularly represents clients in federal and state judicial proceedings and in mediation and arbitration proceedings wherein disputes are resolved.

Prior to joining the firm in September, 2012, Mr. Mason was an attorney with a Baltimore law firm, where he maintained a general civil law practice.

Mr. Mason holds an undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary (2002), and a law degree from the University of Baltimore (2005). He is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, and is a member of the Bars of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the U.S. District Court of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association.

Kyle J. Hildreth


Mr. Hildreth is an associate working primarily with corporate and commercial planning and transactional matters, as well as estate and trust planning and administration. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hildreth was a judicial law clerk to Judge Audrey Carrion, a Sitting Judge for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and the Director of the Business and Technology Case Management Program. Mr. Hildreth was also an associate with mid-sized Baltimore City law firm.

Mr. Hildreth is a graduate of The University of Maryland, Carey School of Law, where he received his degree in May, 2015, and The University of Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in May, 2012. While in law school, Mr. Hildreth concentrated his course of study in the Business Law Program.

Mr. Hildreth is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Business Law Section, and the Bar Associations of Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Safa Ashrafi


Safa Ashrafi is an Associate with the Firm. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use, and real estate disputes. Ms. Ashrafi is actively involved in representing the Firm’s affiliated title company, American Land Title Corporation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ashrafi was an attorney at the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, Inc. and at various firms in the Baltimore and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.

Ms. Ashrafi holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (2007) and a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, New Orleans, LA (2014). She
was admitted to practice in Maryland in 2014.
