We are pleased to announce that Kyle Hildreth joined our firm in April, 2017, as an associate attorney.
Mr. Hildreth received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2012 from The University of Maryland, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2015, where he concentrated his course of study in the Business Law Program and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Hildreth was a judicial law clerk to Judge Audrey Carrion, a Sitting Judge for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and the Director of the Business and Technology Case Management Program. Mr. Hildreth was also an associate with Ecceleston & Wolf. Mr. Hildreth will focus his practice on corporate and commercial transactions and estate and tax planning. Mr. Hildreth is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
